Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return instructions may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Personalised or custom-made products
• Personal care and beauty products
• Perishable goods
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item before purchasing.

Due to hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been opened, used, or are unsuitable for resale.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement or alternative item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and display the refund.
