I'm so glad you're here. Welcome to Mind & Moonstone a brand built from personal experience, a passion for holistic wellbeing and a belief that even the smallest moments of self-care can make a meaningful difference.

I'm Nikki, Founder of Mind & Moonstone, and I'd love to share a little of the story behind the brand.

My journey began in 2020, during one of the most challenging chapters of my life. Having lived with Generalised Anxiety Disorder since my teens, I was searching for ways to bring more calm, balance and self-care into my everyday life. It was during this time that I discovered the world of crystals, aromatherapy and holistic practices. What began as a personal interest soon grew into a passion – and eventually, the foundations of something much bigger.

For as long as I can remember, I've felt a little different. My mind has always been full of thoughts, ideas and possibilities, often moving a million miles an hour. At 35, receiving my ADHD diagnosis, alongside my existing anxiety diagnosis, gave me a new understanding of myself. So many things suddenly made sense. It encouraged me to embrace the way my mind works, recognise my creativity and stop questioning the things that make me who I am.

That same creativity, curiosity and passion are woven into everything I do with Mind & Moonstone.

What started as a personal search for calm has grown into a holistic wellbeing brand offering crystal jewellery, candles, aromatherapy, bath and body rituals, self-care gifts and wellbeing resources. Everything is brought together by one simple intention: to make everyday wellbeing feel more accessible, meaningful and enjoyable.

In 2025, I became a mum to my son, TJ. Motherhood brought a new perspective to life and an even greater determination to build something I could be proud of – not just for myself, but for our little family and the future I'm working towards.

Along the way, Mind & Moonstone has received recognition through business awards and press features, including coverage in the News Shopper and London Now. I've also continued investing in my own learning and development, gaining certifications in aromatherapy, crystal healing and social selling, and qualifying as an EFT Tapping Practitioner.

I'm incredibly proud of how far the brand has come, from its humble beginnings to becoming a growing collection of products, resources and opportunities to connect with holistic wellbeing.

But Mind & Moonstone has never been about simply selling beautiful things.It is all about encouraging you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and make space for the things that help you feel more like you. It's about finding joy in little rituals, celebrating personal growth and discovering that wellbeing doesn't have to be complicated or perfect. Sometimes, it's simply lighting a candle, taking a moment to breathe, picking up a journal or wearing something that reminds you of an intention you've set.

It's also a reflection of my own journey - one of challenges, learning, growth, creativity and discovering that being different is something to embrace.
