Welcome to Mind and Moonstone—a heartfelt community that blossomed from personal passion and purpose.
My name is Nicola (Nikki) Spencer, and I’m the CEO and Founder. Back in 2020, like so many others, I found myself navigating one of the most challenging years of my life. Although I’ve lived with anxiety since my teens, that year brought my mental health to a breaking point. It was during that time I discovered the incredible healing power of crystals, aromatherapy, and holistic practices. These tools became a lifeline—offering calm, clarity, and connection when I needed it most.
Inspired by the transformation I experienced, I felt called to share these healing tools with others. But for a long time, I battled with self-doubt and questioned whether I could turn my vision into something real. In November 2022, I finally took the leap—and what began as Love Autumn Rose was born.
As we've grown and evolved, so has our brand. While Love Autumn Rose will always hold a special place in my heart, I knew it was time for a name that truly reflects our mission. And so, Mind and Moonstone was born—a brand rooted in holistic healing for mental wellbeing.
We offer a carefully curated range of products designed for busy modern lives, including crystal jewellery, infused candles, bath rituals, and more—each crafted to support emotional balance and inner peace.
Today, Mind and Moonstone stands as a symbol of resilience, healing, and heart. We’ve been honoured with multiple awards and featured in various publications, and I’ve personally continued my learning with certifications in Aromatherapy, Crystal Healing, and Social Selling to ensure we bring the highest quality and integrity to everything we do.
