Mental health affects so many of us, and Mind and Moonstone was born from my deep desire to make a real difference.

I’m Nicola (Nikki) Spencer, and in 2020—like countless others—I faced a challenging period with my mental health. It was during that time I discovered the power of crystals, essential oils, and intentional self-care. That journey inspired me to start this business, originally known as Love Autumn Rose As we’ve grown and evolved, so has our vision—and our new name, Mind and Moonstone, reflects our deeper alignment with holistic healing and emotional well-being.

Our mission remains the same: to shine a light on the benefits of natural, supportive practices for mental health. We offer a thoughtful range of products designed for busy, modern lives—crystal jewellery, infused candles, bath rituals, and more—to help nurture your mind, body, and spirit.
